The fear of most homeowners is hiring a company that will take your money and never complete the project or that the project will be completed well after the contracted finish date. To help alleviate this fear, Creative Design Builders only asks for a 10% deposit upon Contract Signing followed by Progressive Payments based on completed deliverables with the Final Payment of 10% due after Customer Walk-thru and all Punch Out items have been completed to customer satisfaction.
It is extremely note worthy that since we have been in business starting in 1985, we have maintained a very low employee/sub-contractor turn-over rate. Our loyal dedicated skilled craftsmen are committed to exceeding your expectations both in scheduling and quality of work.
Once your Home Addition begins, we assign one of our crews lead and a Field Supervisor to your job. They remain dedicated to your job until they complete all aspects of the deliverables. There are elements which can not be controled that may cause temporary absences from the jobsite like; extreme weather conditions, material delays, assisting in local disaster recoveries and unforeseen environmental factors. Rest assured that once those elements are no longer a factor, we will push to ensure your job completes on schedule.
